Q: “How can I include home staging in my listing package?”
A. With EASE.  You don’t even have to have a listing to get started. Offering staging services can even assist in securing your next listing. Staging before the 'FOR SALE' sign goes up is CRITICAL!  Why not secure the listing with EXCLUSIVE paperwork (basically binding your client in contract...and you can sleep knowing that the papers are signed), delay showings for the time needed to prepare the property, then switch to MLS once the home is READY TO SHOW?  This allows you to put a sign up and start taking calls immediately

Q: “How do I choose the right stager for me?”
A:

Q: “Who pays?”
A: It depends.  Many REALTORS pay for the consultation as a 'thank you' for listing with them. When a strong marketing campaign is established between the REALTOR and the Stager, marketing dollars can be saved from cross promotion and then
reallocated to the fee for consultation.  Some agents believe in staging so much that they pay for the showcasing of the home on top of the consultation; A marketing edge for sure if you provide your client with the full package.  Staging Sells. The sooner you realize it, the sooner your clients stop calling the competition who offers staging.

Q: “What type of  listings should I stage?”

A: All of them.  Every property deserves the best marketing you can provide.  All your clients deserve to be fully educated.  Staging is a definite equity saver.  I leave your clients with a tangible book full of useful checklists, "things to think about", and must do's for selling.

A: When the house sells faster than it would without staging and for more money than it would have without staging - don’t you think your client will tell their friends and family about you?
